Spaces for Good a project of Community Vision
Spaces for Good is a free online service that helps Bay Area nonprofits find office, co-working, events, and program space. Boomerang Marketing created a tool that allows property owners to list and manage their own spaces. The advanced search feature allows interested users to locate properties by defining several different parameters.

Features
→ Searchable Listing Map
Advanced map search feature allows users to search by location, type of space, agreement type, minimum or maximum square footage.
→ Create Listings on Front-end
Implemented form that allows property owners/managers to create their own listings and account. Includes property information and features, photos, and lease terms. Site administrators can also edit listings from WordPress admin.
→ Favorites Feature
Interested tenants can also create accounts and save their favorite listings for future reference.
→ Tabs Sorting
Tabs on the main listing page organize listings by type. Sortable by date.

Spaces for Good not only lists properties available for rent, but also allows the owners of the properties to list them with their own account. Owners can easily create new listings and mange existing ones.

Nonprofit organizations looking for a place to operate can find exactly what they’re looking for on spacesforgood.com. The site shows the most recent listings on the home page, or users can refine their search with the Advanced Search feature. Each listing includes a contact for to reach out to the owner.
