Colorado Advocacy in Action Conference
Started in 2011, the Colorado Advocacy in Action is the only statewide conference specific to domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and dating violence advocacy. Boomerang Marketing partners with CAIA every year to assist in running the conference and the website.

Features
→ Presenter Submissions
We created a system for potential presenters to submit their workshop proposals through the website. Presenters can create an account, submit new proposals, and edit submitted proposals. Proposals can then be reviewed and approved by administrators.
→ Conference Schedule
We developed a custom feature for automatically displaying approved workshops. The page displays each day on a tab, listing each workshop title, date and time, along with links to the workshop description and links to each presenter biography.
→ Yearly Graphic Updates
Every year, Boomerang Marketing designs a new graphic look for the conference. We even designed a special logo for the 10th anniversary conference.
→ Spanish Translation
CAIA’s website includes Spanish language pages.
ONLINE PROPOSAL SYSTEM
Workshop Submissions
CAIA’s board wanted a way to allow presenters to submit and update their proposals to the website. The system tracks submissions from each account, making management simple for both the administrators and presenters.
