While I would agree that social media doesn’t replace traditional fundraising, it does open the doors to younger generations. It gets them involved in their community/nation/world. Social media opens the door to individuals who would likely never respond to traditional fundraising. Social media is a tool to integrate into your overall marketing strategy and not a stand alone tool.
